Abstract
Malignant hyperthermia (MH) is a potentially life-threatening clinical reaction originating from uncontrolled calcium release from skeletal muscle cells triggered by volatile anaesthetic agents or succinylcholine (MH-trigger drugs). MH in a kidney transplant recipient jeopardises both graft and recipient survival.
