Abstract
The factors that contribute to allograft damage in kidney transplant recipients are complex, and inevitably involve the blood, allograft, and urine. In this issue of Kidney International, Tinel et al. use a statistical framework called Multi-Omics Factor Analysis version 2 to identify processes across biological compartments that are associated with allograft histology and patient outcomes.
