Abstract
Posterior shoulder instability often presents with concomitant bone pathology, particularly reverse Hill-Sachs lesions. These lesions complicate surgical management as a result of their association with recurrent instability and further joint destruction. We present an arthroscopic posterior labral repair and reverse remplissage using the middle glenohumeral ligament in place of the subscapularis.
