Abstract
This study introduces an arthroscopic treatment method for discoid lateral meniscus combined with horizontal tear of the anterior horn, which addresses the limitations of previous arthroscopic approaches, including inadequate visualization exposure and suboptimal instrument maneuverability. The proposed technique overcomes the constraints of conventional surgical instruments, thereby optimizing the surgical procedure for partial meniscectomy of the lateral meniscus anterior horn while restoring a favorable postoperative meniscal morphology and function.
