Abstract
The Latarjet procedure has proven to be effective in the management of anterior glenohumeral instability. However, complications related to fixation devices, despite being low, are still a matter of concern. This Technical Note describes a metal-free arthroscopic Latarjet technique using a tape cerclage construct.
