Abstract
Hip arthroscopy has grown significantly in the past decade owing to its favorable outcomes in treating femoroacetabular impingement. Capsular management is crucial for success, with the T-capsulotomy being a preferred technique for enhanced visualization. However, its closure leaves a crossover region defect, potentially compromising iliofemoral ligament integrity and increasing instability risk. To address this, we describe a technique that optimizes intraoperative visualization while enabling circumferential capsular reinforcement, improving closure stability.
