Abstract
A 60-year-old man with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), previously treated with antiandrogen therapy, experienced continued PSA rise and disease progression. He subsequently received 2 cycles of low-dose 161 Tb-PSMA radioligand therapy (RLT) with doses of 0.96 and 1.11 GBq, respectively. The follow-up results showed that the PSA of the patient decreased, the uptake of the lesions on 68 Ga-PSMA PET/CT reduced, and the symptoms of urinary retention were relieved. No acute toxicity or adverse reactions were observed.
