Abstract
Failures in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction have prompted adjunct techniques addressing rotational instabilities. This article describes a combined reconstruction of the ACL, anterior oblique ligament, and medial collateral ligament using autografts (rectus femoris and semitendinosus tendons). The technique's main feature is the shared femoral tunnel for the anterior oblique ligament and medial collateral ligament, enabling a reproducible procedure without special implants. This approach aims to restore anteromedial rotatory instability control and reduce ACL graft failure rates.
