Abstract
Modern health care delivery faces numerous challenges that often result in siloed and inefficient care. Investing in virtual health technologies, including telehealth, remote patient monitoring, Hospital-at-home, and e-consults, can help address these issues while enhancing care quality, expanding access, and advancing the goals of the Triple Aim. These technologies have demonstrated improved outcomes, reduced costs, and enhanced health system utilization. Health systems decision-makers can benefit from leveraging these innovative care models to strategically optimize care delivery.
