Abstract
Miller <i>et al.</i> maintain that thalamic SEEG can now be considered a cornerstone of standard clinical practice in individualized epilepsy care, helping to define seizure onset and spread, assess therapeutic stimulation, map connectivity, and identify target-specific biomarkers for responsive neurostimulation.
