Abstract
Duplication cysts are a rare disease that can occur in the gastrointestinal tract, from the duodenum to the rectum. In our young case with massive gastrointestinal bleeding, we performed Meckel scintigraphy using Tc-99m pertechnetate to rule out ectopic gastric tissue, along with SPECT-CT and planar images. This case is presented in terms of the anatomical correlation in a single study and its importance in making a rapid diagnosis.
