Abstract
Caloric restriction confers several benefits in cancer, but the underlying mechanisms are not understood. In this issue of Cell Metabolism, Gao et al. highlight a newly identified neutrophil-dependent pathway modulated by caloric restriction.<sup>1</sup>.
