Abstract
This letter questions the validity of comparisons between digital musculoskeletal care and in-person physiotherapy when treatment protocols are not described. The absence of information on exercise selection, intensity, progression, and clinical decision making prevents replication and meaningful interpretation. Without clear differentiation between general exercise and structured physiotherapy, it is impossible to determine whether reported outcomes reflect delivery models, protocol quality, or the general effects of physical activity.
