Abstract
Arytenoid cartilage mobilization surgery (ACMoS) is a novel procedure designed to treat posterior glottic stenosis and preserve laryngeal function. The procedure removes fibrous tissue that restricts the movement of the arytenoid cartilage, thereby restoring vocal fold mobility.
