Abstract
In this CCR Translations, it is explored whether removing fewer than usual tumor-draining lymph nodes at surgical resection might offer better outcomes in patients subsequently receiving immunotherapy. These lymph nodes likely host coordinated adaptive immune responses, and may be a key reason why neoadjuvant immunotherapy is exhibiting remarkable clinical success.
