Abstract
Adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATL) is a rare and aggressive mature T-cell neoplasm with a very poor prognosis, caused by human T-cell leukemia virus type 1. In this report, we present the 18 F-FDG and 68 Ga-pentixafor PET/CT imaging findings in a case of ATL, which involved extranodal hepatic lesions and multiple nodal lesions.
