Abstract
We report the case of a 32-year-old woman with vision loss and confusion, which worsened significantly over several months. This case highlights the importance of keeping a broad differential, exploring rare etiologies, and maintaining vigilance over re-emerging disease processes. It also reviews current diagnostic guidelines and treatment options for this uncommon cause of vision loss and confusion.
