Abstract
A 38-year-old woman presented with progressive loss of hand dexterity 2 years after achieving full functional recovery from a prior ischemic stroke. Despite preserved strength, the impairment significantly disrupted her ability to perform activities of daily living. This case highlights a comprehensive clinical approach to late-onset upper limb motor dysfunction after stroke. We explore diagnostic considerations, outline standard-of-care management strategies, and review emerging adjunctive therapies for cases where conventional treatment proves insufficient.
