Abstract
We are at the doorstep of spring. The first warmth of the season is in the air. One can almost feel the transition taking place. The air carries the promise of renewal. Nature, in its quiet determination, has nearly completed its preparations for transformation. Look closely at the trees. Buds are on the verge of bursting. Observe the birds and stray cats who have endured the harshness of winter; one can sense, in their movements and sounds, their anticipation of brighter days ahead.
