Abstract
<b>SYNOPSIS:</b> Pubic-related groin pain is one of the least common clinical entities of groin pain in athletes. However, it can cause persistent and long-standing pain. In this Viewpoint, we summarize the current state of knowledge regarding terminology, underlying pathology and diagnosis, and imaging findings for pubic-related groin pain. We share new perspectives on the clinical presentation, sex-related differences, examination, the role of diagnostic imaging, and how examination findings may direct management. <i>J Orthop Sports Phys Ther 2026;56(7):376-381.
