Abstract
After their introduction as therapy for highly refractory multiple myeloma, bispecific T‐cell engagers have recently yielded exceptionally deep and durable responses in earlier lines of therapy, including early data in newly diagnosed disease. Multiple challenges remains, including optimal setting and combination, mitigation of toxicities, and refinement of optimal duration of therapy.
