Abstract
A recent article presents the largest histo-genomic characterisation of first-line osimertinib resistance from ORCHARD study. Dual-modality tissue and plasma sequencing detected resistance alterations in 87% and polyclonal mechanisms in 46%, highlighting the complexity of post-osimertinib biology and raising questions about targeted versus broadly acting regimens in the post-EGFR TKI setting.
