Abstract
This study showed that hysteresis was greater in wrists with scapholunate ligament injury than in healthy wrists for scapholunate angle, distance during radioulnar deviation and distance during flexion-extension, suggesting that 4DCT-derived hysteresis may provide a dynamic marker of carpal instability.<b>Level of evidence:</b> III.
