Abstract
The largest share of NEJM Catalyst Insights Council members view the current state of public health in their own communities as only fair. Especially in the U.S., patients or parents have refused care based on what clinicians perceive to be misinformation, and conversely have raised concerns about health risks that clinicians consider to be misinformation.
