Abstract
In 2024, WHO recommended pentavalent meningococcal conjugate vaccine (serogroups A, C, W, Y, and X) for routine infant and toddler immunization in the African meningitis belt. At that time, only short-term data were available regarding persistence of elevated bactericidal antibody levels. This report provides data for the 2 years post-immunization.
