Abstract
Combined medial unicompartmental knee arthroplasty and revision anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with an Achilles tendon allograft offers a promising solution for young, active patients with isolated medial compartment osteoarthritis and a failed prior anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. This technique restores knee stability and function through a joint-preserving approach. Precise preoperative planning, anatomic tunnel placement and meticulous component alignment are critical steps for successful outcomes. This technique article outlines a single stage, joint-preserving procedure for isolated, symptomatic medial compartment osteoarthritis with knee instability.
