Abstract

This study explores the feasibility and impact of a nurse-led, three-session diabetes education initiative targeting primary care patients with type 2 diabetes to enhance nurses' confidence and improve hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) levels. Findings revealed notable increases in nurse confidence across most educational domains and significant reductions in patient HbA1c levels.
