Abstract
Primary osteosarcoma predominantly originates in the metaphyseal region of long bones, but rarely in the metatarsals. We present the 18 F-FDG PET/CT findings in a case of primary osteosarcoma of the first metatarsal with multiple metastases confirmed by histopathology.
