Abstract
Optochiasmatic cavernomas are rare vascular lesions that may present with acute or progressive visual deficits <sup>1,2</sup>. Surgical resection is indicated in symptomatic cases, particularly after hemorrhage, with improved outcomes after gross total resection <sup>3,4</sup>.
