Abstract
The success of arthroscopically assisted scaphoid nonunion surgery depends on multiple factors, most importantly the time between injury and surgery. The optimal bone grafting option for a particular scaphoid nonunion case depends on multiple factors including scaphoid bone loss and concurrent wrist pathology. Autograft and allograft are both considered reasonable bone grafting options depending on the details of the case.
