Abstract

We evaluated a COVID-19 oral antiviral Pharmacy Home Delivery Program using a single online pharmacy in New York City during 2022. Among 48 159 prescriptions delivered (22% of total deliveries in the city), median delivery time was 17 hours (interquartile range = 6-24); 92% were delivered within 24 hours. Delivery reached all neighborhoods, with increasing distributions to higher-need neighborhoods over time. Among recipients, 32% were aged 65 years or older. This program provided timely, equitable access and served as a model for future public health emergencies. (<i>Am J Public Health</i>.
