Abstract
MTAP loss is among the most common potentially targetable driver mutations in NSCLC. Early phase clinical trials are ongoing. Although susceptible to various biases, retrospective studies may serve as a historical control to interpret single arm studies. Combination therapies and novel biomarkers may also improve objective response rates.
