Abstract
Meniscal repair performed concurrently with posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction shows superior outcomes compared with isolated meniscal repair. These findings parallel earlier reports showing improved success of meniscal repair when performed with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction rather than as an isolated procedure. These findings reinforce that repairable meniscal tears should be repaired when encountered during posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
