Abstract
To demonstrate ocular histopathologic findings of chronic granulomatous disease of childhood. The histopathologic results of two enucleated eyes from two patients with chronic granulomatous disease were studied using light microscopy. Histopathologic changes in the eye specimens in patients with chronic granulomatous disease included multiple foci of granulomatous inflammation of choroid and sclera.
