Abstract
An infant examined by three ophthalmologists was found to have unilateral posterior lentiglobus, which subsequently developed bilaterally by 15 weeks of age. The onset of posterior lentiglobus may be congenital or acquired. Infants with unilateral cataracts whose family history indicates early-onset lens opacities require careful and frequent examinations of the fellow eye.
