Abstract
This study was conducted to report a rare cause of colonic bleeding. Case report. Surgical resection of congenital colonic varices is associated with a low incidence of morbidity and mortality, and a favorable long-term prognosis can be expected when there is no evidence of hepatocellular disease (portal hypertension).
