Abstract
Patients with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and microalbuminuria have a reduced rate of progression to clinical proteinuria if treated with captopril. Benefits of zidovudine use are balanced by reductions in quality of life. A panel concluded that 90% of patients with acute low back pain recover spontaneously in 4 weeks.
