Abstract
We report successful treatment of adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) with artificial surfactant (40mg/kg, Colfosceril Palmitate, ‘Exosurf’, Wellcome) in an infant with severe<i>Pneumocystis carinii</i> pneumonitis.
