Abstract
During needle revision of a failed bleb after filtration surgery, a needle is inserted through the conjunctiva and a Hoskins lens is placed on the conjunctiva over the needle. The lens blanches the conjunctival vessels and the needle tip can be pinpointed. This procedure has been performed in nine eyes with no major complications. Needle revision of a failed bleb can be performed efficiently with the Hoskins lens.
