Abstract
An intraosseous ganglion cyst is a relatively rare bone lesion. It can involve various bones of patients, primarily middle aged, with no sex predilection. The following case involves the right middle cuneiform bone of a 44-year-old black male. This lesion was successfully treated with a thorough curretage plus autogenous iliac bone graft.
