Abstract
Pregnancy presents a wide range of difficult urological management problems. We report a unique case of a term intra-abdominal pregnancy complicated by persistent hydronephrosis after cesarean section. Intra-abdominal placenta degeneration was monitored by serial serum beta-human chorionic gonadotropin values. Hydronephrosis ultimately resolved with conservative management.
