Abstract
MR imaging, with its coronal imaging capability, may be ideally suited for biopsies of hepatic dome lesions. We are reporting on the successful semi-real-time biopsy of such lesions using a 0.2-T open-configuration MR scanner in five patients. MR guidance holds promise for facilitating biopsies of hepatic dome masses.
