Abstract
To report the use of processed pericardial tissue in reconstructing the anterior ocular segment. Three case reports. Processed pericardial tissue was found to be a helpful adjunct in providing tectonic support and promoting epithelialization in the cases described. Processed pericardial tissue has potential application to a variety of anterior ocular segment conditions.
