Abstract
To report a case of bilateral panuveitis associated with diffuse infiltrative lymphocytosis syndrome (DILS). Case report. A 35-year-old woman with known human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection developed bilateral uveitis with retinal periphlebitis in association with diffuse infiltrative lymphocytosis syndrome. Detailed comprehensive examination and investigations were performed and recognized causes of panuveitis excluded. To the best of our knowledge, we report the first case of retinal findings associated with diffuse infiltrative lymphocytosis syndrome.
