Abstract
This new technique fixes the gracilis tendon to the ischial tuberosity. The De Palma stapler was used to fix the gracilis tendon to the ischial tuberosity in five patients undergoing stimulated graciloplasty. Successful fixation was achieved in all cases with good follow-up. This is a simple method that could be adopted widely to fix the gracilis tendon to the ischial tuberosity.
