Abstract
The purpose of this article is to describe MR findings in surgically proven solitary intraductal papillomas of the breast, including findings on MR galactography. Women with spontaneous nipple discharge and solitary intraductal papilloma show, on MR imaging, dilated ducts with an associated enhancing, well-circumscribed mass.
