Lunas is a clinical evidence platform. It answers clinical questions from published literature and from documents you upload, and shows the source behind every claim.
Write to support@lunasai.health. We aim to respond within two business days. Include the email address on your account, and if you are reporting a problem with an answer, the question you asked.
Lunas uses Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in. There are no passwords, and we never receive or store one.
Subscriptions are managed at lunas.health. The iPhone app does not sell anything; it signs in to an account that already has access.
You can delete your account from Settings. It happens immediately and cannot be undone. What is destroyed and what survives is described in full on our privacy page.
