These terms cover your use of Lunas, operated by LunasAI, LLC. Using the product means accepting them.
This is the most important clause here. Lunas retrieves and summarises published evidence, coverage policy, coding and regulatory records. It is a research and decision-support tool for clinicians. It is not medical advice, and it does not diagnose or treat.
Every clinical decision remains yours, and your professional judgement governs. Answers can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong — including when they carry citations, because a citation shows where a claim came from, not that the claim answers your patient's question. Check the sources before acting; they are linked for exactly that reason. Lunas is not a substitute for a clinician's assessment, and nothing it produces creates a doctor-patient relationship with us.
Founding price. If you subscribe while founding pricing is offered, that price is yours for as long as your subscription runs continuously. If we raise prices later, yours does not change. We say this on the pricing page and we mean it as a term, not as a promotion.
Your work is kept. We do not delete accounts or their contents for inactivity, for a lapsed trial, or for a cancelled subscription. Uploads, collections and conversations are retained until you delete them, and subscribing after a gap restores access to all of it. We will not introduce a retention limit that would break this without telling existing users first.
Don't scrape the service, resell access, use it to build a competing corpus, attempt to extract the underlying databases wholesale, or use it to generate content presented as clinical advice to patients. Automated bulk querying outside normal product use is not permitted.
The product is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for clinical outcomes, lost profits, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop at any time — cancel from your account, or delete the account entirely from Settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; what survives it is set out on the Privacy page. We may suspend an account for a breach of these terms, and where we do we will say why and give you a chance to retrieve your data unless the law prevents it.
We will update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be notified to signed-in users before they take effect. Changes never apply retroactively to a price you were promised.
